[Josie (Johnson) Dondich Collection]. 1942-1962.

Collection is comprised of correspondence, clippings and photographs from Josie Dondich, owner of the Cut rate liquor store in Las Vegas in the 1940s and 1950s. Correspondence of note includes that regarding the death of Dondich's son, Alex, in a POW camp during WWII. There are also a number of letters from Senator Pat McCarran and ephemera from Las Vegas hotels.
